How to subscribe to RSS Feeds:

RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication.

To be able to subscribe to an RSS feed or any news feed you will need two things, an RSS reader (also known as a news aggregator) and web address of the RSS feed that you want to subscribe to. Don’t worry both are free!

  • Use an online News Aggregator / RSS Reader, example: http://www.google.com/reader
  • Locate the web address (URL) of the RSS feed that you wish to subscribe. example: http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogologycom
  • Insert the URL of the blog or news feed in your reader (or there is usually an “RSS” button on most sites)
  • Many of the readers will allow you to control how and when you will grab the content you want
  • The information in the RSS feed will be updated when the feed contains new content.
